What I’ve Discovered…

So, I’ve recently started driving and was really nervous at first, and then after a while, and after a lot of angry people, I noticed something. I know I’m not the greatest driver, but I was shocked. You know how adults are saying that teens shouldn’t be driving? That we are to dangours? We, from what I have seen, it’s not just us! Yes we can be stupid and inappropriate, but I what I was shocked by was the adults! I’ve seen them reading, texting, eating, applying make-up, and more! I’ve been given the bird at least 3 times- 2 of which were not my fault (one time I was backing out of a parking spot and a mean guy in a very large truck was right there- Oops!!!) But one of the times, I was in the turn lane and turned into my lane, and the car behind me was in quite the hurry, was on their phone and just all around not paying attention. She started to swerve into my lane unknowingly, so i gave a light polite honk to alert her. What did she do? Looked at me and flipped me off…. I was like really? Very mature…  But I was just in shock… So that’s what I’ve seen. What’s your opinion?

In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on.”- Robert Frost
No matter what, when you fall, you got to get back up; because life doesn’t stop when you do. Keep up with life, get back up.
Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.” -Dr. Seuss
If your sad somethings over, be happy you miss it. That means it meant something to you and you’ll remember it.
The best way to predict the future is to create it.”- Unknown
Just like what it says, you make your own future, not someone else. I create mine every day, with every choice I make. Am I ridiculed for it? Yes. Does it hurt? Yes. But what do they know? Their future is not mine, and I realize that.
